When you provide information directly to us, including through completion of a credit application form provided by our credit partners, or when you enter an agreement with us for the supply of goods and/or services.
Indirect Collection
When you interact with us, such as when you make a payment on any credit amount provided by our partners.
From Third Parties
From external sources such as our partner credit providers.
3. Why We Collect, Hold, Use and Disclose Credit Information
We may collect, hold, use, and disclose credit information for the following purposes:
verifying your identity;
assessing your application for our services;
providing goods and/or services to you;
administering your account, including record keeping, invoicing, and billing;
handling complaints or issues relating to our goods and/or services;
complying with legal obligations and resolving disputes; and
as otherwise required or authorised by law.
4. Disclosure of Credit Information to Third Parties
We may disclose credit information to:
partner credit providers to assess your financial arrangements with us;
third-party service providers, including IT, data storage, web-hosting, payment systems operators, debt collectors, and professional advisors;
our employees, contractors, and related entities;
our existing or potential agents or business partners;
any purchaser or potential purchaser of our business or assets;
courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities in the event of non-payment;
courts, tribunals, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement officers as required or authorised by law;

as required or permitted by law (for example, in response to a subpoena).
We are not likely to disclose credit information to individuals or entities without an Australian link.

5. Your Rights and Controlling Your Credit Information
Your Choice
By providing credit information, you acknowledge that we may collect, hold, use, and disclose your information in accordance with this policy.
You are not required to provide credit information; however, it may limit our ability to provide goods and/or services.
Information from Third Parties
If we receive information about you from a third party, we will protect it under this policy.
If you provide information about someone else, you represent that you have their consent.
Access
You may request access to the credit information we hold about you.
An administrative fee may apply. We aim to provide access within 30 days of receiving your request.
If access is refused, we will notify you of the reasons and available complaint mechanisms.
To ensure accuracy, we recommend you also request your credit report from a credit reporting body.
Correction
If you believe the information we hold is inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or misleading, contact us to request correction.
We will take reasonable steps to correct the information within 30 days, or longer if agreed in writing.
If correction is refused, we will inform you of the reasons and available complaint options.
Complaints
If you wish to make a complaint, please contact us using the details below and provide full details.
We will:
acknowledge receipt within 7 days, and
respond within 30 days, or longer if agreed in writing.
Our response will outline the investigation outcome and any actions we will take.
If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

We are committed to ensuring that credit information is secure.
To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have implemented suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures.
While we take reasonable precautions, information transmitted over the internet is at your own risk.
